This involved the conversion and modernization of a 1 bed flat into a 2 bed property. The suspended ceilings in the hallway and bathroom were raised to create a more spacious feel and the kitchen was moved to form a kitchen-diner, providing the space to create a second bedroom. With the use of limestone and modern bathroom fittings, the existing en-suite shower room was transformed into a stylish wet room and the bathroom completely modernized. Built-in cupboards were designed and produced in-house by our joinery team.
New kitchen units with granite worktop and solid oak wooden floor throughout the reception and hall areas added the finishing touches to this stylish conversion.
