This was an extensive project involving considerable structural work. The walls on the ground and first floors were opened up to create a spacious living area fitted throughout with cherry veneer flooring. The existing garage was converted into a utility room with custom-built cupboards and a conservatory was built to the rear of the property to house the new kitchen. The existing bathrooms were refurbished and stylishly finished with modern chrome fittings and an additional cloakroom and ground floor shower room were added.
The house was decorated throughout, both the interior and exterior. Ornamental pediments and corbels were added to the windows of the front façade and the windows on the first floor were lowered. Both the front and rear gardens were excavated, leveled and landscaped to the clients specifications.
