A project involving extensive structural work to convert a 1 bed/1 bath flat into a 2 bed/2 bath flat. The existing bathroom was split in two to create a bathroom and an en-suite wet room tiled throughout in travertine and furnished with ultra-modern free-flow basins and chrome fittings.

The property was completely re-plumbed and re-wired throughout to include new brushed chrome sockets and switches. The kitchen was re-located to the existing dining room and re-fitted with a combination of white units, black granite, walnut and stainless steel to form a contemporary kitchen-diner. The addition of solid oak flooring to the living areas and recessed halogen down lights throughout completed the transformation.
