An extensive project to convert a 1 bed flat into a 2 bed / 2 bathroom property, using the construction of 2 mezzanine levels into the reception room and bedroom to create a larger living space. Balustrading with steel rails and glass panels gives an ultra-modern and spacious feel. Refurbishment was completed throughout with solid oak flooring, limestone tiles and high quality contemporary kitchen and bathroom.
